Better than ice cream  Bacon is not real common here... We get it in the commissary, but it's expensive and just not the same. We do the turkey stuff most of the time to keep things thin and healthy (turkey sausage, bacon, ground turkey, turkey slabs instead of pork schnitzel, etc) But the bacon is gooooooooooood. AND, something else that is pretty much unheard of here...... the best part of bacon for breakfast, is wilted lettuce for dinner........ Have to compromize a little on the type of lettuce this time of year, but I'll make it work.
