We"re already getting rolling on preps for spring. Been busy all week. I can"t work up the soil, but we"re spreading compost in the garden beds. We didn"t get as much snow as old might have, so the ground will freeze well over the next couple of days and I should be able to finish with the compost this week. I addition, we"re ready to get the seedling greenhouse moving on lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, etc. Too cold out there right now for tomatoes, so they"ll need to stay under lights in the house for a while longer. Also bought seed potatoes last week and will be getting two layers of 6mil plastic down to warm the soil to plant our early potatoes. Probably won"t be able to plant as early as we usually do, but just as soon as the soil is warm enough, we"ll be planting. Oh, did I mention getting the hay equipment checked out? I hate leaving it until late spring as my "day job" really starts getting busy then.

After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
