If the boards are 8' or longer you should be able to bow a full length board and pop it in. Even tongue and groove boards will do this if you pry back the adjacent boards very tightly using a jack and screwing a couple boards underneath to hold it open. Cut your new floor board exactly the length of the existing boards. Put one end under the lip on one side then put a 6x6 in the middle, bow the board down with a jack or the loader bucket until it is even with the other lip. You might need to add an additional block in the middle to make the bow big enough. Then knock the block out with a sledge. Be sure to keep your toes or any other important body parts away from that board when you knock the block out.
