My IH Skid loader mid 70's with a wisconsin VH4D Engine Starts to miss after it is run for a 5 too 10 minutes. It starts great but then seems like it loads up with gas or is starving after a short run. It will start back up ok after a stall but will not take the throttle increase without stalling. I have changed plugs, Confirmed wires spark and conections are good, looked at points, cap and rotor and cleaned. Now I am onto the carb and I took off the fuel line at the carb and the fuel just runs out and never stops. I was wondering if this is normal for I am on the output side of the fuel pump and seems to just run through it. Is this a sign of a bad diaphram or check valve in the pump. Any help is appreciated I am gettin frustrated.
