Saturday was the first really nice day we've had at the farm in a long time. Had some sun, but no rain. Hooray!
We had 5 dry days there, too. First time in weeks you didn't hear "squish, squish, squish" when you walked across the yard. Still lots of very soft spots around and still some standing water.
Today started out cloudy with sporadic drizzle and a light shower or two. Still got some work done. We got started building an equipment shed. When its done, we'll move the tractors out from under the one that collapsed, tear that one down and rebuild it.
We'll be watching the weather on Tues. Snow and a wintery mix is in the forecast, but not supposed to be nearly as much as we got before.
Good news - spring in on its way. Saw geese Thursday and again this evening.
Took some pics of the horse trailer. As soon as James gets them downloaded from the camera, I'll post them.
