I have an F350 that I regularly tow 25-30,000 lbs most summer weekends (should be using something bigger), but I also enjoy driving it more than my car. It gets over 20 mpg and is the most comfortable vehicle I have owned. I drive it because I want to.
Don't get a chip on your shoulder JR, just asking a question about if there was a difference in build. Prolly a lot more to do with roads and speed (50mph is the max speed with a trailer). Not many big mountains here either.
