The guys pretty well have it covered. We poured the doorways 150% thicker than the main floor & extended them outside. The leading edge was poured double thick with re-bar bent "L" shaped for vertical support near the edge. Use the minimum amout of water required for proper mixing. Wet concrete shrinks & cracks more when curing than "dry concrete". The outside barn yard was mostly covered with plastic poly left over from the bunker silo & held down with old tires. Slowed drying from the sun & wind. Covered as soon as we could walk on concrete, left it for a week except to sprinkle water. Father though it wasn't necessary but the concrete sawer used more wheels & took more time than expected to groove the yard.Still intact after 18 years of frost & cattle manure.
