the people would drive 5 miles oer hour below the posted speed' put 5 # more air in tires to roll easier and double up your trips to where ever, use the good milage car instead of the tire burner, do a little car poolin. I know some times it doesnt work but no need to drive three vehiehes somewhere when two will do-- My thoughts
