That tractor was made by pioneer co. They made engines and tryied to make garden tractors. I have seen 2 in my life and pictures of 2 others.I talked to a junk engine and parts dealer at a show in kinzes Pa. he claimed to have 2 junkers in his yard in Nj. The one i could have bought had a broken exasht valve. I thought i could find no parts and passed on it. They wanted 1200 for it as is with a cultivator and sidkle mower.I felt that was way over priced when it could not run.
