Just as a rule of thumb, it takes a larger tractor to lift a 3-bottom rollover than it does to pull it. A 50 horse tractor can pull it but you really need to think 80+ hp if you don't want to raise havoc with the hydraulics. Remember, the 3-pt will be trying to make draft adjustments when you are plowing and it is a lot of weight. If you need a rollover plow you would probably be better off with a 2 bottom on that tractor.
