I use knock-er-loose, or most any penetrating oil; then apply gentle heat around the bolt-not to the bolt itself, you don't want the bolt to swell inside the hole. Then I use a hand impact set to jar the bolt a bit, still it's a crap shoot whether the old bolt breaks or not. Replacements are SST for me. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Good luck!
