Ya probably spelled it wrong LOL. Well I had an omelet. I fried up some hot sausage and some Italian sausage, then added some onions then green pepper and last but not least some green olives. Slow cooked them over a low heat for about 15 minutes. Put 2 eggs cracked that is in a bowl and poured in a little milk. Then took the stuff I had fried and poured that in to the eggs and mix that up real well. Scrapped the bottom of the pan and then put in some more butter. Poured the eggs mix into the pan and let cook for about 5 minutes. Then I put on some pepper jack cheese, black pepper, garlic powder and some Southwestern Seasoning. Let that slow cook for about 15 minutes covered. Slide it out of the pan and as I did folded it in half. Only problem I had was it made to much for me to eat so the 4 dogs each got a bite of it. So what did you have??
