British Leyland Glow Plugs

My Father has a British Leyland 154 (early 70's ?) tractor.We have been unable to locate any glow plugs which are in need of replacement.Manual shows it needs Heater plug KLG 9volt type GS 105L and he has used Champion 9volt type AG39. The champion dealer said these are obsolete and is unable to cross reference. Would anyone have any suggestions of where to find either of these or something else that could replace these. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you for your time and for this forum, M.G.
