Wow , i busted my donkey to earn money . My first venture was bank rolled by my one uncle and it was a 58 Farmall cub with all the equipment and a little two wheel trailer for 850 . I plowed up yards and gardens and plowed snow with it plus worked off what i owed him by working on his farm . That cubby put money in the bank for me . Got a job when i was 13 working at a construction company mowing the grass sweeping the shop and cleaning the offices that worked up to becoming a operating engineer with a A book and i could run it all along with driving one of the Lowboy outfits hauling the equipment . That bought me two fine cars and lots of nice clothes and put lots of bucks in my pocket . My dad told me that if i wanted it i had to earn it and if i broke it i had to fix it . Plus now that i was working i needed to pay mom 10 a week and this was back in the sixtys.
