Well the truth be told I got it when I got my wife. Her husband was a good friend of mine and he had cancer because of agent orange and right before he died he asked me to take care of his wife. So I sort of inherited it that way plus a few other things. This is a picture of one I found about about just after the guy sold it. He sold it for I think he said $70 or so and it ran. It is the unstyled version of the one I had. Sure wish the guy had call me a few days earlier. He called me to fix a rim for his D-17 and I sure would have jumped on that Speed patrol and then I would have a matched pair of them oh well a day late and a dollar short. Oh by the way from what he siad it ran just needed a little TLC

I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
