Park the tractor (or lift one side and rotate the tire) so that the valve fill stem is pointing upwards (12 o'clock position). There will be a small pocket of air inside at this point. Fill the tire to the recommended tire pressure, whatever it might be (check your manual, etc.). Check it with a gauge as you normally would, replace the valve cap, and away you go.
