That's the phosphoric acid in the coca-cola working as a rust remover.
Phosphoric acid should be available without the sugar in milk stone remover at a good farm store.
Likewise, the lemon is citric acid doing the same thing.
I have a can of Kroil, and one of PB blaster, and I have things they don't touch, miracle marketing to the contrary notwithstanding. I expect I'll mix up the ATF + solvent version when they run out, or before.
