I have a Massey Ferguson 180 with a Continental gas engine. I recently overhauled it and ever since then I can not get the oil filter to stop leaking. It is the cartridge type (not spin on) and where the block meets the oild filter cover never seals. I have tried two gaskets, making my own from gasket material, and form-a-gasket. I have looked at the block and oil filter housign adn neither appear cracked or warped. What can I do? The leak gets pretty bad when the tractor gets hot. Thanks a lot.
