I have both implement and truck tires on my hay racks. You wont have enough weight on an 8x14 rack to bother the truck tires. If you get on hilly ground you might want to put tubes in them, I've found that a full load on side hill the weight can push a soft tire off the bead but tubes will prevent this . The only thing to watch is if it's an older running gear and you put alot wider truck tire on it the front ones may hit the bedpieces of your rack when turning sharp.
