John if the cultivator is the old style bolt on ( two peice ) it should bolt right on ( the bolt hole are spaced the same in the frame) if it is the new style quick tach I think that the front pipe is shorter on a B JD ( narrower frame then a A JD). Have the owner of the cultivator measure the width of the tractor frame, between the valve cover and fan, you do the same if they are the same it will fit if it is a quick tach . Good luck Bryan
