If-- after you change the filters, like some one else suggested, also clear the tank, clean the air filter, that is just as important and it misses ,have some one clean and adjust the injectors, he would know than if the pump is bad. When you get to that, I strongly suggest to have a experenced person look at it. It will cost some $$ but that is what the rest of us do. That is one of the joys of owning a diesel. Don't try it yourself.
