I understand both sides but I think the government should just shut the *ell up and work on the real problems of society like.....Soc. security, cutting taxes, cutting welfare, etc.
But I agree that ALL kids under 18 should be on a restricted license. In the state of Michigan I am told that no more then 2 teens can be in the car without an adult/parent, kids cant drive past 11pm (or close to that time), who knows this may help reduce teen pregnancys? A lot has changed since I got my drivers license in 1984. I saw a lot of accidents when I was younger and it helped wise me up.
