I got one with the truck in 2008. Laws vary but this might be good to know. My ins. co. states if the deer runs out in the road and hits you (which is what happened to me) they blame the deer - no mark on your record. However if in an effort to avoid the deer you run off the road or strike someting else , that's on the driver and they may raise you , cancel you or whatever. Life is full of surprises.
