I bought a couple on-line a few years ago, but I don't recall the source. They don't draw much power; I think the smaller one (about 10x16") draws 45 watts. The larger one (about 16x30") draws 90 watts.
Our cats love their mat, but our Chesapeake would never use hers. She was absolutely terrified of the thing!
