The 24V system is a a combination of 12V neg ground, 12V pos ground & isolated 24 starting & generating system. A grounded 12V starter is going to cause a shower of sparks. A true bargin is the Deere manual from 1-800-522-7448. If the accessory lights & loads are not balanced one battery will be overcharged & the other battery under charged.
