I have the form in my hand as I am typing. Question #1 - How many people were living or staying in this house, apartment, or mobile home on April 1, 2010? Now, if April 1st hasn't arrived yet, and you do not (I presume) own a crystal ball, how can you have TRUTHFULLY answered the question and mailed it in already? Yes, the letter that accompanies the form says "Please complete and fill out the enclosed census form today." in bold face type. So, no matter what, unless you receive your census form ON April 1st, you cannot follow both sets of instructions. Now, can we all find something truely serious to worry about?
