Tractor-Loader-Backhoe Suggestions

Need a tractor. Want a backhoe. Need a loader. Would like to buy just one tractor with a loader to use the 3 point stuff. And buy a detachable backhoe. Not planning on digging basements, but small jobs. The old 300U with trip loader isn't enough tractor for a hoe and decent size loader. I need suggestions on size, horsepower,and make tractor. How deep do the after market hoes dig? Any sites with hoe info? Thanks, Gus.
