Thanks Bob for adding a bit of color to the forum. Did you never notice that this is an antique tractor forum? A lot of antique tractors still get used every day and a lot of them like their owners are remarkable in other ways even if they do little. You didn't say what was the worst tractor you ever used. Maybe for you it was a LGT. For me it was a JD H that my Dad and I had for a while. I can't imagine doing much worthwhile work with one today.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: Fordson Major - by Anthony West. George bought his Fordson Major from a an implement sale about 18 years ago for £200.00 (UK). There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
