Jim,
when you get to ytmag.com, hit the minimize button and open an MS DOS prompt on the desk top.

Type in "tracert www.ytmag.com" (without quotes)

hit enter.

This will trace the route from your isp to the ytmag site. Notice where the longest pauses are and there is the problem. Talk with your isp about what you found out and tell them to look for a solution. Sometimes the solution is a different isp and remind them of that fact. Isp's do have a say in what goes on out there on the net.
