That was my question.... I'm pretty sure the system can function just fine with the loader working on the SCV's... I find it hard to believe that Deere would spec the system so tight that the front pump required return flow to meet it's charge requirements.
I know that NH's Genesis series charge pumps move 130% of rated system flow so there's always extra there, THEN they dump return flow into the SUCTION strainer. I highly doubt that Deere was any different...
