Three women and three kids park in front of the welfare office. One woman and the three kids get out and go into the welfare office. After a while they come out, the next woman gets out of the car, changes the clothes on the three kids and takes them into the welfare office. My sister-in-law sat in her office across the street from the welfare office and watched it happen. I would think the welfare employee(s) would have noticed something awry but maybe they didn't care, or were in on the deal.
My wife admitted children into a large day care when she worked there. It just makes my blood boil when I hear about all of people freeloading off of our taxpayer funded welfare programs. I'd better shut up before my blood pressure gets too high. Jim
