I will try to explain this.
1. Take the hood and gas tank off. 2. Remove the 4 bolts (2) remove the front bar (1) - first picture. 3. Place a stand under the loader frame just behind the front axle. – second picture 4. Remove the three bolts from the mounting plate just above the front axle. Third picture. 5. Place a floor jack under the motor to support it. 6. Split the tractor like you would any Moline.
The stands under the loader frame will support the back part. We let the backhoe stabilizer pads and bucket down to help steady the back end. Block the rear wheels for safety. The front will roll forwards enough to replace the clutch. It is a little tight working sometimes but is not as bad a job as you think. We did this in less than six hours total. My father and I discussed raising the loader, blocking the rams and tying the bucket up with the overhead hoist so we could roll the front end out farther to give us more working room but decided against it. It does help to have two people when removing the clutch plate, one setting on the transmission and the other handing him tools. Our Big Mo had a “Puck” clutch as my father calls it (button) and we went back with the same. This job is nowhere near as bad as it looks.
