Trucks can't drive between 2200 and 0600 here, can not drive on Sunday unless perishables, and can only drive 8 hours in a stretch 9and have to take an 8 hour break). They can't stop on the shoulder so have to use a rest area. Not all rest areas have toilets so look like dog walk areas where the dogs use TP. Would be a lot worse if the police didn't do random checks.
Don't expect things to get much better for your area though.
