This afternoon I was at the John Deere dealership looking over his used equipment lot and when I went to pull out of his drive my engine just revved up and I went nowhere fast. I was driving my 90 Buick LeSabre that has 93.000 miles on it. I did manage to get to the far side of a 4 lane highway that I had to cross and pulled into an empty parking lot. I checked my transmission fluid and it was full and was nice and pink. I then tried to leave and got nowhere, engine revved and car sounded like it was in neutral. Shut engine off, for a couple minutes and then I tried again. The car took off like there was no problem and I drove a mile and then it slipped out of gear again. A local mechanic said to try Lucas transmission fix oil. Have any of you used this? What were the results. Thanks
