Worst experience I ever had was at a restaurant that my wife and I had been to several times. Waitress was extremely slow and didn't seem to care about her customers (not just us). There weren't any large groups at the restaurant and didn't seem to be any reason for the slow service. When we left, we left a quarter tip (smallest coin I had) on a $50.00+ food bill. It gets better. Next night, some friends of ours wanted to go out and THEY suggested the place we'd been the night before. We went and the hostess initially gave us the same waitress we'd had the night before. When she recognized us, she got someone else to wait on us -- who did a really good job and got a 20% tip at the end of the meal. I wished I could have been around when the first waitress found out about the 20% tip.
