WHAT TRACTOR DO I NEED

I need a tractor to pull a box blade and mow with. I will be moving a lot of dirt that I am having trucked in (500yds.). I am lokking for a older unit to hold down cost (65 to 75 yr. modles) and need something that will hold up under the work. What would be a good brand and modle to get? Any help would be great. I live near Houston. thanks
