You need to remove the oil and grease first. I just use the stoddard solvent that I use in my wash tanks and scrub it a bit. The I cover it with floor-dri and grind it in with my feet. After the oil is gone scrub the whole floor with muratic acid and rinse with plenty of water. Once it has dried you should have a good surface for the epoxy to adhere to.
