Belarus Tractor

I recently bought an old Belarus tractor and I don't know the year model. Can I find out the year it was made by the engine model No. 3715 93 There is also a decal near the electrical panel with this marked on it TPAKTOP T25A1 No. 74726 Also, I would like to know how I can prevent the 3 point hitch drawbar from swinging sideways. I tried turnbuckles but the drawbar does not follow an arc that is equidistant from the PTO shaft. Where could I buy a manual for it? Any information would be helpful. Thanks.
