Dave, I have that model of CCM's drum mower, I couldn't be happier with it. I have pulled it with a D-10 Allis, 4th gear low, in a smooth, relatively flat field. The thing does get a little hairy on some of the hills I have, so I went with my D-12, same HP, just a wider stance, also get yourself a coupla rear wheel weights, and put both on the left wheel. Hook it up in transport position, and lift it, and see if you need to weight the front. Whatever you do, don't use a quick hitch gismo, it moves all that weight backwards. As far as repairs go, I think the only thing I've busted in 3 years is a grease fitting.
