I didn't get one either, and I asked why at the post office. I was told that since I use a post office box rather than my street address for mail purposes, the census people would not be sending me a form. Probably should expect an in-person visit.
This seems really stupid to me. If I am mailed something with my street address on it and not the POBox #, that mail still shows up in my post office box, although it might take an extra day. Sending someone out to talk to me HAS TO cost many times as much as just sending me a form. Of course, that has not happened yet. Really makes me wonder how accurate the final counts will be.
And they sent two forms to my mother, who lives in a retirement apartment...the forms and the address printing on them were exactly alike. GD Government.
And they think it would be so great for the government to handle health care!
