Youve outlined a very interestig scenario that Im glad never came up for me. It appears somebody got used and Im afraid it is you and your buddies. You should find out soon enough based on what he does with the tractor. Is he a wheeler dealer buying and selling for profit or has a real desire for this model and limmited funds. From a sellers point of view this is unethical and is a mini version of price fixing that we expect corporate execs to go to jail for if they do it. We dont like it when auctioneers or the seller puts a shill out there to run up the bids which would counteract what you and your buddies did. Lets face it , our wants and our greed drives the system so to be perfectly honest let the chips fall where they may and the high bidder win. one thing for sure theres always another auction and another possible good deal. I think everyone would like to hear what happened to this tractor 6 mo from now. Don
