i can remember gas at 29'9 when i was just a kid, when i started driving it was 45.9, i thought i was getting ripped of when it went to 50 cents, what kind of deal is that? spend a buck and only get 2 gallons! i always wanted a old gas station, could set up the outside to look like a station in the late 40's or early 50's with era correct cars trucks and tractors, cans, ads, ect, the inside would make a great place to work on old tractors, the office are would be a good place for a big coffee pot and some chairs so other old farts could enjoy it too and swap stories
