Pull top cover,remove govenor spring guide stud, remove spring assembly,drain fuel from pump through side cover, rotate engine slowly by hand till an allen screw can be seen through the hole under where the spring was,use a 5/32" allen wrench and tighten the allen screw 1/8th turn for about a 10% fuel increase. Reverse procedure for reassembly. Sounds easy? Any more free info can be costly, procede at your own risk. Have fun. Diesel Dan the pump man.
