Mom has been gone 9 years now. I've kept the tradition alive with soon to be former wife for 28 years now. The 2 kids are home from college now so I sternly reminded them not to forget to get her at least a card. She's living in town with her mother now. Her mother is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She has a dinner of some sort for just about any occasion and when the kids come back here to stay MIL always sends a plate with them for me. I've been invited to dinner this afternoon. Seems like each time I go there for dinner it's a little more awkward. I still don't know the reasons for wife moving out, but I'm sure she has a good one. I sent MIL a nice card thanking her for her thoughtfulness anyway.

Today's Featured Article - Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned. But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out.
