it's a forklift electric motor coupled to chev 3 speed (no clutch) I have had a couple of times around the 48 and as high as 96 volts DC that my pacemaker shall we say reacted. The point is as it was a diesel there is very litttle rust an almost perfecr cab &front clip. I hate to junk it as others could use the parts or buy it and built their own electric. If I were doing it again I would go hybrid,. Also I started with a standard ranger cab and I am 6'6 and really unconfortable in small cab. It did run 42 mph in high 28 in town in second. I even pulled a small trailer 5 miles to an auction couple of years ago. saved about 20.00 a week on gas when living in wyoming. Not a great hill climer!!!
