If you are needing a general "light " work tractor they work okay. That price is about going the market here in Iowa. The resale on them is not great. If you do much heavy work with them they can have transmission and rearend troubles. The bigger Masseys are pricy to fix too. Agco makes JD and CIH look like angles on parts prices.
