It doesn't cost much to fix the brakes or the lights. 500.00 is a cheap price and once you get the sides etc off it will look a lot better. Looks like tires are good but you will need fenders. Nobody mentioned what the floor is like. If you can do the work your self it will be a decent buy. We used to rebuild used trailers and there is websites that show you how to do everything you will need to do from getting the brakes to work to redoing the lights. Figure even if you spent another 500.00 you will still end up with a good unit at a fair price. I doubt that you will be able to buy a similar equipped trailer for 1000.00.
