If you watch the video he admits his Pop-off valve is going off all the time. That explains alot of things. Man he is going at that tank with an Arc welder. I thought you were not supposed to weld on a closed tank like that without special training and precautions. I liked how he tested for the presence of any remaining gas in the tank.
