I've been noticing the same thing with used cars. Tried to move two of them this spring. Both black-booked at $6000 plus. Sold one this week for $3800, and cant move the other one for $3000 if my life depended on it! But people are snapping up $60,000 F150's like they're going extinct!
There's a 706 and a 986 just down the road from me. 7 is open station, 9 has a cab. Both appear to be between decent and above average, tho I havent stopped to see them in person. The 706 is running 75hp for $6500, and the 986 is turned to 105hp for only $7500.
