Those are the tents we used as Boy Scouts. They were great tents in cold weather, not so good when it was hot. I can more or less remember how to pitch those tents, but fortunately I don't have to because the official Army tech pub has been published to the web.
These are low, round tents with a single pole in the middle. They will sleep a dozen guys, but you'll never get a tractor in them. They are pretty simple to set up: You unfold the tent right-side-up, find the corner guys and stake them out. Then someone gets in the middle and stands up the center pole while everyone else tightens the corner guys. Once that's done it's a simple matter of staking out the center guys and the apron. I don't think it's possible for one man to erect the tent, and you'll need far better stakes than the typical sporting-goods store stakes.
